Qualified, experienced instruction in all dance & fitness disciplines Bhangra Nation Dance Studio teaches instructional dance and fitness classes to children, teens, and adults. Bhangra Nation Dance Studio offers the following dance classes on the weekly schedule:
• Bhangra Dhol
• Classical Dhol
• Giddha
• Modern Bhangra
• Traditional Bhangra

• Group Personal Training
• Kickboxing
• Pilates
• Stretch & Strength
• Yoga (Hatha & Power)

Bhangra Nation Dance Studio Levels
Every class at Bhangra Nation Dance Studio begins with a proper warm-up which consists of various stretching and strengthening exercises in order to prepare the body for activity. Dancers will learn steps, skills and dance routines specific to the dance form. All classes at Bhangra Dance Studio focus on the FUN-FACTOR and strive to achieve a ‘SWEAT & SMILET” from all dancers!
Classes work towards improving flexibility, strength, agility, and control. Dancers will learn how to properly execute the component of bhangra. It is like ‘art in motion’. Year-End Recital dance routines are comprised of traditional Bhangra movements; therefore we highly encourage dancers who enroll to also participate in professional Bhangra Classes in order to compliment their training. Dancers must need approval from Bhangra Dance Studio Teachers and Artistic Directors for enrolment in specific levels.
• Level 1-5 is designed for dancers who are working on the basics.
• Level 6-10 is designed for dancers who are working on a combination of traditional and modern Bhangra.
• Level 11+ is designed for dancers who can execute all areas of Bhangra and perform according to the rhythm of the Dhol.
